My Purchase Agreement is name of Mrs. Vanaja Ramesh Shetty And Ramesh
Naru Shetty, but befour purchasing Flat No- 601, name of assessment tax is
Nitin Waz , so that I demanded sale of agreement Builder to Purchasor or chain
Agreement to Mr. Vasant Chandrakant Kshirsagar and Varsha Vasant
Kshirsagar, than he said could not show in any agreement name of Nitin Waz,
so that I want to Assesment tax billing department do the name of Nitin Was in
place of our name of Mrs. Vanaja Ramesh Shetty And Ramesh Naru Shetty
becouse of can not problem in feature for payment of assessment tax.
We are Confirming both owner of flat no 601 of the billing assesment tax name is
different, but i want to assign in name of billing Assesment tax of Nitin waz to our
name of Mrs. Vanaja Ramesh Shetty And Ramesh Naru Shetty,
I/We hereby undertake that if any Government dues are found to be
recoverable from us in future and demanded by the Department. I / We shall pay
them immediately along with interest, and all legal action will be responsible with
us/me.
I wolud like to request you please issue our name in billing of assesment tax
