Thank you for inviting me as a design consultant for the project at Esplanade. This is a great
honor to be a part in such prestigious project.
In reference to the discussion we had, I, hereby submitting my offer letter for the proposed
relocation of the existing B.C.Roy market complex on the new location at Esplanade. The
scope of work are as follows.

Our fees for the job will be Rs. 42, 00, 000/- We are registered at GST which will be
applicable as an extra @ 18% on each bill.

I expect that my offer is acceptable and the same is placed before you for approval and issue
of work order for further process.
