8. SHOWN LOCATION OF THERMOSTATS ARE TENTATIVE, FINAL LOCATION SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH ARCHITECT DURING CONSTRUCTION STAGE.

9. WHERE MORE THAN ONE SERVICE (ELECTRICAL CABLES, DUCTS, PIPES) IS ROUTED THROUGH THE SAME AREA, THEY SHALL BE SUPPORTED BY STRUCTURAL FRAME SUPPORT WITH SERVICES STACKED ONE ABOVE THE OTHER.

13. PROVIDE STEEL PLATFORMS AND RAISED WALKWAYS TO CROSSOVER SERVICES ON ROOF/MECHANICAL FLOORS AND TO ACHIEVE ADEQUATE MAINTENANCE ACCESS TO THE APPROVAL OF ENGINEER.

14. ALL EXPOSED ANGLE SUPPORTS FOR DUCTS SHALL BE PAINTED AS SPECIFIED.

15. ALL EXPOSED DUCTS ON ROOF SHALL BE ALUMINUM CLADDED ON TOP OF THE INSULATION.

16. HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURERS MANUAL AND OTHER APPROVED SUBMITTAL DATA.

17. VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING DRAWINGS SHALL BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH GENERAL NOTES, SPECIFICATIONS, MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS, ARCHITECTURAL, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS.

5. POWER FACTOR CAPACITIES SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS.

6. CONTRACTOR SHALL FORWARD ACTUAL PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS, WEIGHTS OF EQUIPMENT FOR APPROVAL FROM STRUCTURAL ENGINEER.

7. EVERY HVAC EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH DISCONNECT SWITCH NEAR TO IT FOR EMERGENCY SHUT DOWN OF EQUIPMENT.

8. EXTERNAL STATIC PRESSURE FOR AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, DX, FANs AND PUMP HEAD GIVEN IN SCHEDULE OF EQUIPMENT ARE ESTIMATED VALUES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO CALCULATE THE SAME AS PER ACTUAL CONDITIONS AND SUBMIT FOR ENGINEER'S APPROVAL.

10. RETURN AIR OPENING/DUCT OR PROPER SIZE WITH FRAME AND WIRE MESH SHALL BE PROVIDED ABOVE FALSE CEILING WHERE NECESSARY.

11. ALL FRESH AND EXTRACT AIR DUCT BRANCH OUTLET SHALL BE TERMINATED ADJACENT TO EACH FCU (UNLESS SHOWN ON DRAWINGS OTHERWISE) WITH VCD AND STAINLESS STEEL WIRE MESH.
