Dear Mr. Andres:

I am thrilled to apply for the position of Internal Auditor I of the Management Audit
Division, with an item no. OSEC-DECSB-IAUD1-4-2007 of which to be assigned at the Internal
Audit Service, of the Department of Education. With the imposed responsibilities and duties to
be committed by an internal auditor to the said department, my skills such as: writing skills,
public relations, and research and technical skills are those criteria I may state that this position
I am applying for befits to the mandate of what an internal auditor professionally and efficiently
executes. As former Taguig Scholar of the Local Government and as graduate of the university,
Polytechnic University of the Philippines, I had successfully experienced, at the height of the
Pandemic, of becoming a frontliner of our University, by way of rendering and assisting my
professors to manage and to record their student’ s performance and hundred-page
documentation and to facilitate the necessary documents of the University’s public funds
intended for the accreditation of which to be conducted and evaluated by the Commission on
Higher Education.

Upon rendering more than a hundred-hour service of volunteerism at the place where I
studied, adopted the environment, and rendered my sterling performance, without invoking for
favorable consideration, for the benefit of my fellow Iskolar ng Bayan and Sintang Paaralan that
I have been studying for five years, I realize the concept that the accumulated Idea I have
applied and have learned from them may be a commensurate service in the role of the
responsibilities and duties of the internal auditor by: proficiently monitoring the implementation
of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken; reporting on the status of
open audit issues to senior management and oversight bodies; by preparing audit reports
detailing findings, recommendations, and management responses; recommending
improvements to internal control systems, etc.

Furthermore, executing public duty is not a shotgun-approach commitment especially

when this involves public interest, but by guidance of this Department and the Divine
Providence, I shall positively, efficiently, and prudently do the commitments I am hereby to
pledge as aspiring public officer only to ensure that the integrity of the Department of
Education’s Mission and Vision will be preserved, to ensure that the audit reports will be
appropriately evaluated in favor of the public, and to ensure that the comprehensive approach to
audit and compliance activities will be improved and properly engaged. When an internal auditor
does well, the department also does well. That’s why I am here to do well for the department.

With my experience as Customer Service Representative and Technical Support

Representative of the Teleperformance, I have undertaken of several resolutions to assist
American clients by efficiently repulsing and reporting those swindlers, whose their prime duty
was to intrude the client’s financial bank account just to execute their sinister plan of swindling
their proceeds using illegitimate, phishing website that could be seen on the browser. My job
was not only tasked of eliminating illegal activities from my clients in the United States but also
tasked of advising and forming platforms to protect their bank account against fraud, assuring
that their primary concern would be resolved permanently and would be satisfied with the
service I executed. Of more than a year of doing this, I have garnered satisfactory rating from
them noting that the service was effectively and diligently addressed.

If I become an Internal Auditor I for this position through selection process by its
mandate, I will have not been only dispensing service favoring the public but also augmenting
my course of study to further, to upgrade, and to improve my way of profession while doing
public service and using this salary grade as way to stave off the plight of my parents as well as
to espouse my expenses for my studies becoming soon-to-be public prosecutor, providing a
just, right justice for the oppressed one, and soon-to-be public defender of this Department
against the forthcoming allegation that will be lodged against the employees in the future.

chance to apply my learnings through this honorable position, ensuring that my position will be a
