Scope of Work:
 AAQ Technical Services LLC

• Clean the interior of the tank, Remove any accumulated sediment, sludge, mud from the tank bottom. Inspect the
structure of the cistern, look for cracks or leaks inside the cistern. All Interior surface of the tank will be high-
pressurized water jetting, starting from the ceiling and wall and the floor of the tank. Disinfect the water tank using the
concerned authority approved chemical, in order to maintain the quality of water (PH) and to ensure safety standard to
the environment and human.
• Water samples will be collected from the tank after the cleaning and send it to laboratory for Microbiology &
legionella test and report will be submitted to the client.

Safety Policy:

We provide our workforce with proper uniforms, hand gloves, face masks and other safety equipment be used while on
duty. We also take special care to seclude the area of our work by proper partition and provide signboards in the area of
work. We clean the area completely after completion of the work and never leave tools, waste, etc. at the worksite.

Terms & Conditions for Water Tank Cleaning

1) Water & Electricity to be provided by client.
2) Access to the site for our Workers should be arranged by client.
3) Client to ensure that the water level in the tank is maintained at a maximum level of 20cm before the
commencement of the cleaning works.
4) Work permit/gate pass, and other approval if required, should be provided by client.
5) The water Supply line disconnection should be done by the client before this process.
6) FM staff to be appointed to monitor and for assistance.
7) Worker vehicle Parking space to be provided.
8) Any additional work apart from the above SOW isn’t covered in the original brief will be quoted separately and
added to the original invoice
Insurance:

We have taken a general third party liability insurance for AED: 500,000/-
Insurance Policy No: P-10-3801-381-2024-3
C/o Orient Takaful (PJSC)

Payment Terms: Job completion / every six Months

Validity of Contract: With effect from 01/05/2024 to 01/04/2025

Agreement Termination

Customer shall have the rights at any time thorough duration, to terminate this Contract without showing a cause and
without any liability or compensation from whatsoever kind or nature, upon providing Service Provider with 30 days
written notice prior to the date of termination. In the event of Termination for Convenience, Customer shall only be liable
to pay for the services completely performed by Service Provider up to the date of the Termination for Convenience.

Payment Terms:

Four (4) Invoices per year with quarterly bases after service delivery. Payment due in 30 days from the date of invoice
submission.
