This has in reference to the installed CETP system at your factory after
treating both stream we got the Inlet parameters on much higher side, as per
submitted test report the Inlet COD is 11520mg/L & TSS is 10450mg/L, which
is much higher as we design the system also the sludge density is high to de-
water, we need higher capacity machine for the same, we recommend filter
press or screw press and ozonation with oxygen concentrator machine for the
required treatment.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
70% advance along with the Purchase Order
20% along with taxes & duties against Performa Invoice prior to dispatch
10% after testing commission & installation

EXCLUSION: All civil work for making tanks, platform, drain & incoming sewer
line. DELIVERY: The delivery period will be 15-30 Days from the date of
receipt of commercial clear order along with advance.
GARANTEE: One Year against any manufacturing defects. Not valid for
electrical and electronic items. High voltage fluctuations, running of equipment
without adequate oil, incorrect wiring and improper maintenance etc.
WARRANTY: We TBS Environment Solutions stands warrantee for the
confirmation of specification and performance of the items/product for a
period of (12) twelve months from the date of commissioning or (18) eighteen
months from the date of first dispatch invoice whichever is earlier. The
warrantee stands from for manufacturing, performance based on the design
conditions, materials only. Our warranty does not cover any misuse, mishandling,
substandard feed water, improper installation, operation & maintenance problems,
alteration/modification of any parts, force major conditions, mutilation, damage
arising due to in-proper electrical/power supply and unusual environment
conditions. Our warrantee dose not applicable for consumables, rubber & plastic
& PP parts, painting, coating, normal wear & tear, seals, dampeners etc.
Further, our entire warrantee cease to exist if necessary precautions of
installations.
