Baroness-566 catamaran motor yacht, life on the ocean waves is an exercise in stylish
living. The first sensation you feel when you board on Baroness-566 is to be on a luxury
yacht. Built using the highest levels of skill and quality, Baroness -566 is an agreeably rich
and elegant in every detail. Two lateral stairs lead to the fly, where the helm station is
situated, together with a large console with the engine panels and the navigation
instruments. Everything is extremely clear and within reach. Behind the helm station,
towards the stern, there are spacious sun-lounger cushions, which give the fly area a
relaxed and social atmosphere. A folding Bimini provides shade from the sun during long
stays.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FOREIGN PARTNER

 The Foreign Partner agrees to provide, assistance in the way of financial,

technical, innovative facilities.

 The Foreign Partner shall provide the required funds via a loan facility to the
Local Partner as mentioned/or 6 rooms (Cabins) – 12 rooms (Cabins) luxury
yachts and 6 months soft operational budget.

 The Foreign Partner shall monitor and advise on aspects such as business
development and implementation.

 The Local Partner shall deposit 49% of profit received in each quarter to the
Foreign Partner.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LOCAL PARTNER

 The Local Partner shall be fully responsible for yacht business management, asset
management and execution of all operational activities and other processes and
procedures necessary to the implementation of the yacht business /projects etc.

 The Local Partner shall maintain books of accounts of the business and shall
report to Foreign Partner on an agreed interval, either weekly or monthly basis.

 The Local Partner shall receive 51% of the profit received in each quarter.
