Ways of raising awareness of poverty as a global issue

Unfortunately, there is a huge poverty on our planet. As a consequence of that, many

people suffer starvation and malnutrition. All of us are aware of it, but not all of us
think on solutions for it.
One of the things that I consider important to solve these problem is to teach
childrens at school about that, and make them aware of what other people are going
through. They have to know that maybe in another place there are childrens that
cannot go to the school, that they haven’t got toys, etc. Maybe that will help them to
participate in the future in campaigns for charities, volunteering or donating money to
different NGOs.
We had talked about childrens but there are so many adults that are not aware of the
poverty of our planet. It can be a good option if TV channels also broadcast the
reality of other people and not only the false life of famous people.
To sum up, we have to take action at this problem and try to help others.
