This Letter serves as notification that Mrs.NAWARATH KLANGSATHON, represented to the

company,Thai Bio Vegeta International Ltd., Partnership with full legal and corporate authority,
authorized with Passport No: AC3143111, represented to the company: Thai Bio Vegeta
International Ltd., to do the payment following regarding this contract.

 I, Mrs.NAWARATH KLANGSATHON, confirmed with my banker that upon receiving the final funds,
our banker will establish a Window time to download or done the payout within 24 to 48 hours.
 I, Mrs.NAWARATH KLANGSATHON, confirmed with my banker that payment to all nominees as on
PGL will be within 24 to 48 hours after download with transfer slips with date and time and disbursed
per the IMDPA in this Payment Guarantee Letter.
 I, Mrs.NAWARATH KLANGSATHON, confirmed with our banker that we are RWA to execute this
Payment Guarantee Letter by hand sign on blue ink to proof the genuinely.

Once funds are downloaded, I, Mrs.NAWARATH KLANGSATHON, with full corporate and financial
responsibility hereby guarantee to issue payments for the contract by sending MT103 Swifts within 48/72
hours of our account receiving the funds.

The laws applicable to the present guarantee. The courts having jurisdiction for matters relating to the
agreement shall have jurisdiction in respect of matters relating to the agreement. The present guarantee
shall come into force and shall take effect upon its signature.

International Ltd (PARTY “B” |RECEIVER), Incorporate Registration: 0-4035-56002-58-9
, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally, without protest or notification, without prejudice, recourse, or delay guarantee to pay the fee
entitled to the beneficiaries listed on this document, via USDT transfer unconditional transfer, at the time of settlement of each and
every tranche of the transaction . This Fee Agreement is our Irrevocable Pay Order to the intermediaries and is and shall remain an
intricate part of the contract between the receiver and the sender . This pay order shall remain in effect until this transaction, including
any renewals, extensions and additions are fully completed .

ARBITRATION:
All disputes and questions whatsoever which arise between the parties to this agreement and touching on this agreement on the
construction or application thereof or any account cost, liability to be made hereunder or as to any act or way relating to this agreement
shall be settled by the arbitration in accordance with the arbitration laws of the ICC.
This agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all
prior negotiations and proposed agreements, written or oral. Neither of the parties may alter, amend, nor modify this Agreement, except
by an instrument in writing signed by both parties . This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
United Kingdom .
In the event that either party shall be required to bring any legal actions against the other in order to enforce any of the terms of this
agreement the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonably attorney fees and costs.
This fee agreement-pay order, if transmitted by facsimile or electronic mail shall be considered an original, legally enforceable
document . Generally recognized international standards of Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure are applicable for a period of five
years from the date of this document or the last date of the contract including any renewals, extensions and additions are fully
completed and we agree to respect those. We hereby declare that we are fully aware that the information received from you is in direct
response to our request and is not in any way considered or intended to be a solicitation of funds of any sort, or any type of offering, and
is intended for our general knowledge only.
We hereby affirm, under penalty of perjury, that we have requested information from you and your organization by our choice and free
will, and further that you have not solicited us in any way. Intermediaries are not advisors of any kind. Parties to this agreement are
independent contractors and all contemplated payments and/or disbursements hereunder are divided interests . Nothing in this
agreement construes or a partnership or employer/employee relationship between or among the parties hereto . All taxes, federal, state
or other are the independent responsibility of each of the parties hereto .
The above stated codes and any other identification codes shall remain the same and shall not be changed until this transaction
including any renewals, Extensions and additions are fully completed and we agree to respect those. The transaction code may be
amended only by agreement between all parties hereto . This transmission via facsimile will be accepted as an original and I confirm that
I have authority to execute this Pay Order.
This conditional irrevocable pay order will come into effect only after full Money transfer as of the agreement will happen, and
only after the asset Manager, would have already made the transfer related to the first investment to the designated bank account
of the company nominated in amount of as per individual account for the coordinator from the sender side of face value will be
transferred .

This fee agreement-pay order shall be lodged in our bank and a copy will be forwarded to all beneficiaries . I agree to the above
irrevocable fee protection agreement in its entirety .

PAYMENT GUARANTEE LETTER

Monetary resources acting with full legal and corporate responsibility, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally, Receiver:
Incorporate Registration Number: 0-4035-56002-58-9 without protest or notification, without prejudice, recourse, or
delay guarantee to pay the project funding sums entitled to each Project Developer’s below-nominated master paymasters
accounts listed on this document, via CRYPTO_WALLETS , at the time of each and every tranche of the transaction settlement
with Investor, meaning simultaneously upon clearance of funds and receipt of credit to our account . This IMFPA is our
Irrevocable Pay Order to the Project Developers, is and shall remain an integrate part of the referenced contract between
Receiver and Investor .
This IMFPA shall remain in effect until this transaction, including any renewals, extensions and additions are fully completed .
This IMFPA contains the entire agreement and understanding concerning the Subject matter hereof and supersedes and
replaces all prior negotiations and proposed Agreements, written or oral. Neither of the parties may alter, amend, nor modify
this IMFPA, except by an instrument in writing signed by both parties and recipients of funds. This IMFPA will be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom . In the event that Either party and/or recipient(s) of funds shall
be required to bring any legal actions against the payer in order to enforce any of the terms of this IMFPA the prevailing party
shall be entitled to recover reasonably attorney fees and costs. This IMFPA, if transmitted by facsimile or electronic mail, shall
be considered an original, legally enforceable document . Generally recognized international standards of non-circumvention

contract, including any renewals, extensions and additions that are fully completed/signed/sealed and we agree to respect those.

in any way considered or intended to be a solicitation of funds of any sort, or any type of offering, and is intended for our general
knowledge only.
We hereby affirm, under penalty of perjury, that we have requested information from you and your organization by our choice
and free will, and further that you have not solicited us in any way and, project developers and master paymasters are not
advisors of any kind.
Parties to this IMFPA are independent contractors and all contemplated Payments and/or disbursements hereunder are
divided interests . Nothing in this IMFPA construes or creates a partnership or employer/employee relationship between or
among the payer and recipient(s) of funds here to. All taxes, federal, state or other are the independent responsibility of each
of the recipient party hereto .
The above-stated codes and any other identification codes shall remain the same and shall not be changed until this transaction
including any renewals, Extensions and additions are fully completed and we agree to respect those. The transaction code may
be amended only by Mutual Agreement between all parties hereto (including project Developers who are represented by their
Master Paymasters) . This transmission via facsimile or e-mail will be accepted as an original and I (the “Payer”) confirm that I
have the full authority to execute this IMFPA document .
We as Receiver are ready to make the payout to the sender and to all nominees within twenty-four hours (24 hrs.) without any
reason or problems .
This Irrevocable Pay Order | IMFPA will come into effect within 24 (twenty-four) hours after both Parties have executed the
agreement and only after the funds have been converted into crypto .
All transfers to be made hereunder will be made in USDT/BTC crypto currency and shall have a special message attached to it
and read: “urgent, the same day value and credit”, as per the agreed terms and conditions in this agreement and IMFPA, which
banking coordinates are as follows:
