Congratulations! Further to your application for employment with us, and the subsequent selection
process, we are delighted to offer you the designation of BIM Engineer-MEP.

The location of your initial reporting will be Kolkata, India. The date of your joining would be 1st June
2024.

Your total compensation structure as applicable has been detailed in Annexure A which will be handed
over to you on your joining, that will be annual Cost To Company (CTC) 8,96,000.00 (Rupees Eight
Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand Only) annually. You are expected to enter into an agreement, which details
the scope, terms and conditions of your employment, the necessary training and the contractual
obligation to be with 360BIM Solutions. On successful completion of the probation, your employment
with the company will be stand confirmed subject to the terms and conditions as per Company
policies.

The terms of this offer letter shall remain confidential and are not to be disclosed to any third party.

Welcome to 360BIM Solutions!

Presented here are the details that refer to our offer of employment to you in the designation of BIM
Engineer-MEP.

This is to be read in conjunction with your offer of employment dated 1st June 2024.
1. Probationary Period and Confirmation as a Permanent Employee:
You will be on probation for a period of 3 months since the date of your joining at 360BIM
Solutions, which is intended to provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate your
ability to achieve a satisfactory level of performance and to determine whether the new
position meets your expectations and also the same time Company will evaluate and verify
your capabilities, skills, educational qualifications, professional experience and expertise as
claimed by you through CV/Resume and candidate application forms submitted during
selection process. The probationary Period can be extended at the discretion of your
Reporting Manager. You will be deemed to be a confirmed employee only when a
Confirmation Letter is handed over to you. Your confirmation as a permanent employee is
subject to the terms and conditions included in the Confirmation Policy of the Company. In
case you do not meet the expectations or the claimed capabilities, skills, educational
qualifications, professional experience, and expertise. Company may end the employment
relationship at any time during the probationary period with 2 days’ notice, with or without
cause Leave:

2. Increments and Promotions:

Your growth in the Company and increase in salary will depend solely on your performance
and contribution to the Company. Your monthly compensation, as applicable to you is
detailed in the Compensation Details sheet.

3. Deployment to Dubai:
Additionally, AED 9,000.00 (AED Nine Thousand only) per month will be given if deployed
in UAE, for transportation and food allowance. During UAE deployment the company will
bear all costs of Visa/travel tickets/Accommodations.

You can be transferred to any of our Units / Departments situated anywhere in India or
abroad. At such times, the compensation applicable to a specific location will be payable
to you.

4. Transfer:
You can be transferred to any of our Units / Departments situated anywhere in India or
abroad. At such times, the compensation applicable to a specific location will be payable
to you.

5. Notice Period:
During the probation period, if your performance is found to be unsatisfactory or if it does
not meet the prescribed criteria, your training / employment can be terminated by the
Company with one day’s notice thereof. On confirmation as a regular employee, you will
be required to give 1 (One) months’ notice or salary thereof in case you decide to leave our
services. In the event of you having any incomplete assignment, the Company will have the
discretion to relieve you only at the end of the 1 (One) months’ notice period. Similarly, the
Company can terminate your services by giving you 1 (One) months' notice or salary
thereof. The Company may terminate your services immediately on grounds of poor
performance and misconduct without any salary for the notice period.

6. Office Time and Leave Policy:

There will be total 48 Working Hour in a week which is flexible to employee as per below
choices.
a. Monday to Friday 9 working hours (excluding break)
b. Monday to Friday 8 working hours (excluding break) with alternate Saturday off.

During service period, you would be eligible for 12 Casual Leaves and 15 privilege Leaves
which will be administered as per the leave policy.

7. Background Check:
The Company may, at its discretion conduct background checks prior to or after your
expected joining date to validate your identity, the address provided by you, your
education details of your prior work experience, if any, and to conduct any criminal checks.
You expressly consent to the Company conducting such background checks. In this
connection, you are required to furnish the documents listed in Annexure II. If the Company
is not satisfied, in its sole discretion, with the outcome of the background checks, the
Company reserves the right to withdraw this Offer without notice and Compensation or to
take any appropriate action against you, including, but not limited to termination of your
employment. When a background check raises any concerns regarding any of the details
furnished by you and the Company feels the need to further validate such facts, the
company may at its sole discretion, ask you for further information, to substantiate the
details that you have earlier provided to the Company, in advance of initiating appropriate
action. In addition, you are required to mandatorily furnish a copies of your identity &
address proof like passport/Voter card/Aadhar Card/PAN card on the date of joining.

8. Agreement:
Our offer to you as − BIM Engineer-MEP. is subject to the execution of the necessary
Employment Confidentiality and IP Assignment Agreement. You will be requiredto complete
the formalities on the Agreement at the time of joining. The Agreement detailsthe scope,
terms and conditions of your employment, the necessary training and the contractual
obligation to be with 360BIM Solutions from the date of your joining. Please note,
non−execu on of the Employment Confidentiality and IP Assignment Agreement willresult
in denial to join in the services of the Company.

9. Floater Group Health Insurance Policy:

You will be covered under the Group Health Insurance Scheme, which has various options.
The scheme shall provide coverage for meeting all expenses relating to hospitalization (for
at least 24 hours) of beneficiary members up to Rs 1,00,000 (as applicable) per family per
year in any of the registered hospital/nursing home/ day care unit subject to stated limits
either cashless basis through smart cards or through reimburse by the Insurance company
after submitting the claim documents to the TPA.

10. Other Terms & Conditions:

You agree not to undertake employment, whether full− me or part− me, as the Director /
Partner / Member/Employee of any other organization or entity engaged in any form of
business activity without the consent of 360BIM Solutions. The consent may be given
subject to any terms and conditions that the Company may think fit and may be withdrawn
at any time at the discretion of the Company. In 360BIM Solutions, there are policies that
are linked to performance management, career growth and annual compensation review
of an employee, these policies will be applicable to you. You will be governed by the rules,
regulations and policies of the Company as applicable to you. All the benefits are as per the
Company's policies, which are subject to change from time to time. This offer is also
conditional upon the execution of the "Employment. Confidentiality and IP.
