and in accordance with Saudi Aramco Safety Construction Manual; Saudi Aramco Safety Management System Manual; and the Saudi Aramco
Safety Handbook. This is a confirmation of the commitment of MASTOURA TRADING AND CONTRACTING CO. LTD (MTCC) to safeguard,
protect lives, and property of Saudi Aramco and any other third party in connection with the work to be performed.

To achieve this objective, MASTOURA TRADING AND CONTRACTING CO. LTD (MTCC) construction management, in coordination with the
concerned Saudi Aramco Project Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor, Environmental Protection Dept. Loss Prevention Department, and other
applicable agencies as required, are to make a joint site visit to identify the potential hazards of the work to be undertaken and to initiate control
measures to maintain adequate safety for the duration of the work.
