Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner. The Human Resources Business Partner
will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, labour and employment law, performance management,
and other human resources tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

 Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and
development planning.
 Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven
decision-making.
 Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational
goals, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee development.
 Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with
employment laws and regulations.
 Lead employee relations efforts, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations,
and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
 Partner with talent acquisition to support recruitment efforts, including workforce planning, candidate
sourcing, and selection processes.
 Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and
development planning.
 Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven
decision-making.
 Partner with HR colleagues to deliver HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business
needs and objectives.
 Stay current on HR trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with business leaders and
HR colleagues.
