Dear Proper Authority:

Our First (1st) Quarterly National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

2024 will be scheduled on March 25, 2024 (Monday), and our chosen
beneficiary institution will be the Local Government Unit of Tayum. The
LGU will serve as the lead for this Quarterly National Simultaneous
Earthquake Drill for the year 2024.

At this point, the MDRRM Council will expect your participation in

the earthquake drill through your observations, opinions, and final
recommendation/s to the 1st Quarter NSED 2024 beneficiary. Thus, making
the earthquake drill activity more educational to the beneficiaries,
saving more lives during the disaster incident per se.

Let us meet at the Building 1 of the LGU Tayum on the said date
after the flag ceremony. Let us all work for the success of our disaster
prevention and mitigation thematic action.
