home, whenever desired, he has to go to
CTI-Site. Candidate should have his own
accommodation at any of the mentioned
location, For travel to other locations, will be
considered on Tour as per Company,s

2. The general terms and conditions of engagement are as listed below:-
(i) Tax deductions will be as per applicable rules.
(ii) Allowances: No allowance such as Dearness Allowance, Residential Telephone,
Transport Facility/Transport Allowance, House Rent Allowance, CGHS, Medical
reimbursement etc. is admissible.
(iii)Leave: As per contract appointment rules. The Project Manager (Resident) is expected
to be available during normal working hours. He may also be required to attend on
official work on Weekend/Holiday if work demand so.
(iv)TA/DA: TfuDA is allowed for travel in the country in connection with the Official work as
per normal rules applicable to any serving officer. Prior approval to be taken.
(v) No other benefits will be admissible.
(vi) Location of Duty: Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Warangal & Rajahmundry.
(vii) The BECIL reserves the right to terminate the services of the Project Manager
(Resident) without any prior notice if the performances are not found to be satisfactory.
(viii) The Project Manager (Resident) would be subject to the provisions of lndian Official
Secrets Act, 1923 not only during the assignment but thereafter also,
(ix) The Project Manager (Resident) should be in sound health (both physically and
mentally), should not be accused in any pending inquiry and should be of impeccable
integrity.
5. The BECIL holds the right to reject any application without furnishing any reason to
the applicant whatsoever.
