read with a common QR Scanner application,
generally pre-installed on smartphones.
If you need a recovery or test result certificate
bearing the EU QR code (Health Pass or CST
Covid Safe Ticket), you must go to the
www.masante.be website to retrieve such
certificate. You will be requested to identify
yourself either through your ID card or your
ITSME app. You can then print the certificate
or download it to your smartphone.
Alternatively, you can also download your
certificates on your smartphone thanks to the
CovidSafe.be application. The app is
available, free of charge, on both Google Play
and the App Store.
The ITSME app is essential for identification
within the CovidSafe.be app.
