MOTION FOR EXTENSION

Accused, by himself, and to this Honorable Court, respectfully

states that:

1. On December 17, 2021, this Honorable Court directed

herein accused to file his and his witness's Judicial Affidavits within ten
(10) days from December 17, 2021 or until December 27, 2021.

2. However, due to Christmas vacation, the accused counsel

cannot supervise the direct examinations of herein accused and his
witness within the period required and will need an additional ten (10)
days from December 27, 2021 or until January 6, 2022 within which to
do so.

3. This motion is being filed due to the reason above-stated

and not for the purpose of delaying the instant case.

WHEREFORE, accused prays that he be granted an additional ten

(10) days from December 27, 2021 or until January 6, 2022 within
which to submit a Judicial Affidavits of the accused and his witnesses.

Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
