Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring for a SAP HR. We appreciate you

Responsibilities for SAP HR

Work closely with support partners (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM and SaaS
providers)
Facilitate the Maintenance of Business (MOB) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
processes, driving continuous improvement
Provide expertise in how business processes and technical solutions fit
together (end to end)
Interact with the Global Partner Delivery Center Leads for Accenture on a
day-to-day basis to assist with completion of Enhancement, Service Request
and Incidents
Work with business end users and Accenture Delivery Center analysts to
clarify and develop functional designs
Identify regression and integration testing requirements and provide
guidance to project teams in developing end to end test scenarios
Facilitate the process of implementing changes to production including
reviewing and providing approval of all HR transports into the production
environment and representing the changes in a Change Control meeting
Drive and collaborate with strategic partners to update and leverage a
common knowledge management system repository to improve
institutionalization of knowledge and speed of recovery during incident triage
In conjunction with HRIS organization, assess and recommend system
changes to increase business effectiveness and efficiency
Provide education and consulting with the business on the technical
Qualifications for SAP HR

You will pride yourself on your communication skills, with the ability to speak
fluently in English language and communicational knowledge of Italian

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related
technical field, or the foreign degree equivalent
Previous experience with job and process design, interfaces, conversions, BSP
and IDOC programs, unix shell scripting is desirable
Conduct daily checks to ensure our daily workflows and updates have
functioned correctly
At least 2 years experience in SAP HR function module
