What elements make a great leader?

A great leader has to be a good person, but also has to be positive to inspire all the people
in the group. Also, it has to be honest, give their best and feel supported by their group.
Why do these qualities make them a great leader?
Because all these qualities are necessary in a lot of situations, mostly in hard ones. And also
if you consider yourself a leader and don’t have any of these characteristics, you are
probably not a good leader.
How do these characteristics lead to them being helpful in successful leading other?
These characteristics are very helpful, an example is objectivity, because if you have to
decide things, probably you will do it better if you are an objective person.
Who is an example of a great leader? Why?
Nelson Mandela, because he was a freedom fighter and he lead a lot of people to be
freedom fighters too.
