Quick your introduction about yourself?

Hello NAB, thank you for giving me the opportunity today

My full name is Nguyễn Chí Bảo, and I am currently studying at the University of
Finance and Marketing, majoring in Information Systems Management. I am in the
final stages of completing my thesis, which is expected to be finished by the end of
this December.

Why did you choose to apply to this program?

I want to change my current job, and my career direction is towards becoming a

Business Analyst. When I saw that NAB is recruiting interns for Business Analyst
positions, I immediately thought, "I must seize this opportunity," and I submitted my
application.

What is your aspiration? Your expectation after this program?

Firstly, I want to acquire a comprehensive understanding of Business Analysis. In the

past, my knowledge in this field has mainly come from online sources, workshops, or
student projects and hasn't been derived from any reliable job or educational
foundation. Secondly, I am eager for an opportunity to secure a formal Business
Analyst position through this internship. The prospect of learning and working
simultaneously is truly invaluable.

Your understanding about BA jobs?

In my first and second years of university, the concept of a Business Analyst to me

was someone who stood between the customer and the Dev team in a project,
translating customer requirements for the Dev team. However, now, in my perception,
a Business Analyst takes on a more extensive role. They not only analyze customer
process requirements but also play a crucial role in project planning (possibly as a
Product Owner/Project Manager), ensuring that the functionalities align with
customer requirements.
Your plan to pursue BA career path if you find it suits for you?

Certainly, working with enthusiasm is a given. And, of course, learning to further

refine my skills is a natural part of the process.

Why should we select you?

One thing is certain: my professional Business Analysis skills may not yet meet the
demands of practical work. However, I am confident that if given the opportunity to
learn and gain experience at NAB, I believe I can fulfill the expectations placed on
candidates. I have faith in my abilities.
