I have two eyes that can see
I have one nose that can smell
I have fingers that can touch
They help me feel things pretty much.
I have two ears that can hear
And one tongue that help me taste
These are all my five senses
These are things I should not waste.

King I am so sorry, please don’t eat me. I was only playing. Please let me go. I will always be
your friend. May be one day I can help you- said the mouse.

The lion laughed : you are so small. How can you help a big lion like me? Anyway this
mouse is too small to eat. I am so full. I will let you go.” So the lion put down the mouse.

After few days, some hunters came to the forest. They spread out nets to catch animals. Lion
got caught in a net. He was very hungry. He roared loudly. Mouse heard lion’s roaring. He
said to himself, “my friend is in trouble. He needs my help.”
Mouse saw the lion caught in the net. He bit the net with his sharp teeth and slowly made a
big hole in it. Lion came out of the net through the hole. “Thank you, little mouse, said the
lion. You are very small, but you saved my life”. “It was my turn to help you, said the
