PURCHASE MANAGER- 1. Evaluating request for proposals and bids.

2. Procurement strategy includes assisting with creating requests for proposals

also known as: (RFPs) and the evaluation of bids.

3. Managing resources and defining deadlines.

4. Construct procurement schedule that identifies the different items needed to


be purchased.

5. Monitoring the building process.

FINANCE MANAGER- 1. Daily reporting.

2. Analyzing targets.

3. Meeting with department heads.

4. Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast

processes.

5. Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.

DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER- 1. Works closely with a project manager to ensure that a project is going

according to plan.

2. Assigning company resources to the staff.

3. Coordinating with a variety of components to make sure that projects

are delivered as promised.

ENGINEER INCHARGE- 1. Involved from inception and planning to building and opening.

2. Work with clients to determine design aspects.

4. Procurement and mobilization of equipment, materials, and services.

5. Scopes projects budgets, and oversee logistics.

SUPERVISOR- 1. Directing and supervising other workers.

2. Obtains all of the necessary licenses and permits.

3. Evaluating construction methods and determining the cost-effectiveness of each plan.

4. Determines labor requirements and dispatch workers to constructions sites.

5. Manage crews, ensure health and safety codes are observed.
