II. MATTERS INVESTIGATE:

6. A Direct Assault of Person on Authority that transpired in Data Center College
of the Philippines of Laoag City at about 2:00 PM of February 4, 2024; and
7. To determine the motive of the suspect and to know the premises of
surrounding this said particular incident.
III. FACTS OF THE CASE:
8. At about 2:30 PM, February 04, 2024, Vincent Kyle y Manuel, 21 years old,
single, student at DCCP Laoag City, and is a resident of Brgy. 04, Bagbago, Solsona
Ilocos Norte, personally appeared and reported to this station that a crime of direct
assault happened in the above said school wherein the victim was teaching his students
when the suspect stood fast in front of the victim and punch him in the face four times.

9. Investigation conducted by the IOC disclosed that the motive of the incident is
hatred. This IOC was able to get the sworn statement of the witness which provides
information relative to the particular incident.
10. In the Sworn Statement of Vincent Kyle y Manuel, 21 years old, single,
student at DCCP Laoag City, and is a resident of Brgy. 04, Bagbago, Solsona Ilocos
Norte, claimed that he was present and personally saw the suspect Czarina Antonio y

Delacruz, at the time of the incident. He further stated that the suspect hates the victim
because she was failed in his subject twice that’s why she drinks alcoholic beverages to
ease the pain but the effect of the alcohol was the main reason why the suspect
punched the victim . After that, he immediately reported to Laoag City Police Station
that a crime of Direct Assault transpired in the above stated place. (Tab D)
11. Based on the Result of the Medico-legal issued by Dr. Janylle Tomas and
assisted by Dr. Anel Sunio, the victim sustained an internal injury to the eye and fracture
of the thin bones around the eye or “black eye” in his right eye. (Tab E)
12. On February 04, 2024, a case for violation of the Article 148 of the Revised
Penal Code against the suspect Czarina Antonio y Delacruz was referred to the Bureau
of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte under the NPS
Docket No. 1-02-INO-24BQ-0033. The suspect was committed at the BJMP, Laoag City
by virtue of the Commitment Order issued by the OPP. (Tab F)
IV. DISCUSSION:
13. The suspect hates the victim because she was failed in his subject twice
that’s why she drinks alcoholic beverages to ease the pain but the effect of the alcohol
was the main reason why the suspect punched the victim.
V. CONCLUSION:
14. After the careful investigation to this particular incident, the probable cause
exists that the herein suspect is criminally liable, hence, the filling of Direct Assault
against the suspect.
VI. RECOMMENDATION:
15. WHEREOF, in the view of the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully
recommends that this case be considered solved and closed.
