The defendants humbly submit as under:-

1. That the contents of para 1 of the plaint are admitted.

2. That contents of para 2 of the plaint is a matter of fact and record, hence
the same are not denied.
3. That contents of para 3 of the plaint are also matter of fact and record need
no reply.
4. That in reply to para 4 of the plaint, it is submitted that the defendants have
absolutely no objection in case a decree as prayed by the plaintiff in the
present suit is passed in her favour and against the defendants for grant of
 pensionary service benefit, G.P Fund, Gratuity, and Leave salary etc, being
the legally wedded wife of Late Ram Lal Sharma.
5. That in reply to para 5 of the plaint, it is again submitted that the
defendants have no objection in case a decree as prayed for in present suit
is granted in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants.
6. That contents of para 6 of the plaint are denied. The defendants have no
objection for grant of decree in the present suit in favour of the plaintiff as
prayed by her.
7. That contents of para 7 needs no reply.
8. That contents of para 8 also needs no reply.

IN THE PREMISES:-
It is, therefore, humbly prayed, that the defendants have no
objection in the present case for grant of decree in favour of the plaintiff as
prayed by her in her plaint and suit may be accordingly disposed off.
