ABSTRACT

The primary objective of the first project was to be monitoring the temperature and humidity
levels within the electrical panel of a machine. This involved studying the impact of these
environmental factors on the performance and longevity of the electrical components.

During the training, a comprehensive methodology was employed, including data collection
and sensor integration. Sensors were utilized to capture real-time temperature and humidity
readings, which were then further analyzed. The findings revealed valuable insights into the
relationship between temperature, humidity, and electrical panel performance. Anomalies and
critical conditions were identified promptly, enabling preventive maintenance and
minimizing potential failures.

The main objective of another project was to address the shifting problem of the motor in a
machine by installing and operating a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). The shifting problem
caused instability and affected the overall performance and efficiency of the machine.

During the training, a systematic approach was followed, including studying the motor
characteristics, understanding the functioning of VFDs, and implementing the installation
process. The VFD allowed for precise control of motor speed and acceleration, thereby
eliminating the shifting problem.
