1 Against Mr. S. Senthil Kumar, Prop M/s, S.V. Enterprises as per business undertaken between us, Due to
the Non-Payment of lawful debt INR 17,85,00,000/- by Mr. S. Senthil Kumar, Prop. M/s, S.V. Enterprises.
And now it is further resolved that Sh. Sushil Chaubey – Director, World Scrap Recycling Solutions Private
Limited. Will duly inform the Board of World Scrap recycling Solutions Private Limited in a timely and proper
communicable manner of all the information and legal conducts practices before the court of law, Sh. Sushil
Chaubey will execute any legal conduct only after informing the board in a timely manner.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Sh. Sushil Chaubey – Director will not execute or perform any settlement in
or out of the court without the prior written consent of the board of World Scrap Recycling Solutions Private
