Further to our protracted meeting which held on dated 17/12/2020 regarding common co-operation, we are
writing to inform you that as under Regarding Campus Management Solutions.

With the dawn of this global pandemic, our education system came to a halt. Where there are more than 1.2
million students about to get their results by auto-promotion; who will be floating around as our universities do
not have the proper infrastructure & online platform to facilitate education for this vast number of students. They
are taking classes on messenger or zoom thus that’s one-way traffic proving inefficient to meet communication
standards.

During this time, to revive the education system and contribute to national interest Arona International came up
with a Software/Platform known as Campus Management System (CMS) by Asia e University. This is an integrated
platform that allows teachers institutions to take online classes as well as, dividing the education lifecycle into
twenty modules. Completing a student's education lifecycle in an institution. The integrated software could also be
modified for business firms, hospitals, and industrial usages as well. Even the software could be customized

writing to inform you that as under Regarding Higher National Diploma.

Sir, we have noted that many students struggle to get passed A-levels or other similar levels of education. They go
into uncertain programs like GED, Diploma, etc. Putting their future career at risk. However Arona International
came up with a program known as “Higher National Diploma”. HND is a world-renounced course under the board
of Pearson. Now accepted internationally. This is a prime opportunity for students who want to settle abroad with
a work permit easily. Students suffering from financial instabilities can do this program for two years in Bangladesh
and get admitted to eleven hundred universities across the world.

Students get the opportunity to travel to UK0 in their third year with a work permit visa.

Greetings from Arona International, Dhaka Bangladesh.
Further to our protracted meeting which held on dated 17/12/2020 regarding common co-operation, we are
writing to inform you that as under Recognition or Arona International on student placement for IELTS.
Sir, I would like to inform you from our extended survey on students communicating with Arona International, we
came up with the data that 60% of the students have a vague idea about IELTS and the importance of this course.
However, a decent portion of them is determined to fly abroad for higher studies. The other 40% is divided
amongst the two groups. One group does not know which center will be good for them, the other group they are
well planned and organized knowing each of their steps.
On this occasion, they waste a decent amount of time on IELTS sometimes acing fraud and inexperienced teachers.
Our team has discovered that Wings Learning Center (WLC) is a reliable institution for IELTS and other courses. We
would also feel much safer with our students knowing that they are in good hands.
As our meeting was held, we would like to propose to place our students in WLC for their IELTS courses with your
permission. We plan to go into marketing with IELTS facilities and the mutual collaboration that Arona
International shares with Wings Learning Center. This approach will enhance both the company’s service and the
new opportunity of service for the students.
We plan to place our students from Arona International with a form and a series of verification from our office.
Verification includes, we give them a WLC form, attach two designated officer cards one from the Senior Student
Counselor of Arona International, the second card is of the designated officer from WLC. Adding up to this. Next,
we attach a different Arona International one-time identification voucher/ code and send them to WLC.
