OPD with suprapubic pain, fever, urinary urgency, and frequency. PE revealed (+) hypogastric
tenderness and BP=120/80. Patient has a live-in partner and has no previous workups.
On urinalysis, results were WBC=15,000 , RBC= 10-20 , (-) protein, numerous bacteria, urease test
(+).
