Cancellation Policy
If notice is given more than 7 days before arrival - full refund will be given.
If 7 days or less notice - full payment due by credit card as administration fee.
"NO SHOW" will forfeit full payment due by credit card as administration fee.
There are no refunds for early departures.
If you do not agree with this policy please do not make a reservation.

Hotel Policy
For your safety and comfort, please note the following booking conditions:
50% of the total booking cost will be charged 7 days before arrival - non refundable.
The balance will be charged on check-in.
Check in 2 pm, check out 11 am (unless by prior arrangement)
Credit Card and Photo ID must be seen by staff at check in.
No cooking in the rooms or any area of the hotel.
Costa Rican law prohibits smoking in all public areas, therefore no smoking is allowed in any part of the
property (additional cleaning charge for smoking $100).
Children must be supervised at all times but particularly in pool/pond/rancho areas
You will be charged for any damages, or items missing from your room on departure.
Sorry but NO PETS on hotel premises.
