Monalisa Mukherji

Monalisa lives in Mumbai with husband Bauddhayan with whom she got married in the year
2002 and have one daughter whose name is Aarsha. Monalisa Mukherji is a poet, writer,
filmmaker, production designer and has produced advertising commercial, independent
feature films and also documentaries. She is also trained in clinical hypnotherapy. She has
done her schooling from Shri Shikshayatan School. She is a recent graduate from Xavier
Institute of Communication. She worked on a multitude of television commercials before she
branched out as a freelance casting director and production designer in 2002.
She co-founded little lamb films with husband Bauddhyan. Apart from her involvement in
production design and writing jingles for commercials, Monalisa has also been the producer
and production designer of little lamb’s feature films viz. Teenkahon (2014). The Violin Plyer
(2016), The Cloud and The Man (2021) and most recently worked on Whisperers of Fire and
Water.
Monalisa, who has been in the jury of the National Film Awards 2019, has also written and
directed the award-winning documentary short Kiske Liye (2018). Her movie Whisperers of
Fire and Water appeared in several film festivals like Locarno International Film Festival
(2023), São Paulo International Film Festival (2023) Asia Pacific Screen Awards (2023) was
nominated for the category of best cinematography and was also a part of Montreal
International Documentary Festival. Her production house with her husband has produced
600+ television commercials, 4 feature films and also 2 documentaries. They have won at
Cannes, One Show, Spikes, Effies, LIA and National Award.

Venkat Gangadhari

Venkat Gangadhari is an Indian cinematographer who has worked in Hindi, Telugu,

Bangladeshi film industries. He has done is education from Osmani University and is working
since 2010 as a freelance cinematographer.
He has worked in several ad films as a director of photography. He is known for his
cinematography in several films like Kalsa: The Symbol of Abundance (2023), Recce 360
(2022), Roadside Opera (2023), Aakatayi (2017). He has worked with several directors like
Konda Rambabu, Sourav Chakraborty, Rom Bhimana, N.S.R. Prasad and many more. He has
been working as a cinematographer since a very long time and now has made a strong place
in the Telugu film industry.
