I haven't gone to the gym. But I would like to go to have more energy because I feel like I get
tired very quickly when I do some exercise. I would also like to have a healthy weight. I have
also heard that exercising helps you sleep well. I liked doing squats, push-ups, glute bridges,
planks, I actually don't know how to do those exercises, I just heard that they are very good.
