I have neva gou to the gym

I haven't gone to the gym. But I would like to go to have more energy because I feel like I get
tired very quickly when I do some exercise. I would also like to have a healthy weight. I have
also heard that exercising helps you sleep well. I liked doing squats, push-ups, glute bridges,
planks, I actually don't know how to do those exercises, I just heard that they are very good.

At night maybe twice a week

Hello, what are you doing tomorrow?

What will you be doing on Saturday?

Then we met there to go to the movies.

Saturday morning

That day I will be jumping rope

That day I will be doing squats.

I will be riding my bike that day

I will be playing volleyball

I will be running

I will be doing yoga

That's fantastic, I'd love to be running with you.

So can we be meeting on Saturday?
