**Yelsi:** Speaking of which, I prepare the salad at these
dinners, and today I'm trying something new with tomatoes.
Maybe, in fifty years, tomatoes will be engineered to taste like any fruit or vegetable we want. This hobby of experimenting might just become the norm
Yelsi: Watching the sun set is always so calming.
Everything's coming together so nicely, isn't it? I imagine future dining being about the experience, with holographic displays and interactive meals. It'll be like watching figure skating, where every movement and every scene is choreographed to perfection.
Yelsi: I love envisioning a world where cooking is as
effortless as surfing the waves. No need to balance or struggle, just gliding along with the technology.
Yelsi: And wouldn't it be nice to watch our meals being
prepared as if it’s a performance? I enjoy imagining our future dinners like a ski show, thrilling and full of surprises.
Yelsi: You have to share the recipe because I am sure that
in the future there will be new food dishes but I will still want to use your grandmother's recipe. It's too good to forget, and no innovation would be enough to replace its taste.
