This report presents an overview of the demonstration conducted for the UBL Digital

customer experience. The demonstration aimed to provide stakeholders with an in-depth

application. Throughout the session, participants were acquainted with the various modules and
tools incorporated within the software, highlighting its role in facilitating seamless digital
banking transactions.
As digitalization continues to revolutionize the banking industry, the UBL Digital application
emerges as a pivotal solution to meet the evolving needs of customers and ensure operational
efficiency. This report delves into the key aspects covered during the demonstration, offering

UBL Digital Application:

With UBL digital, you can view all your deposit, credit card and loan accounts. You can pay
your utility bills, mobile phone bills, buy prepaid vouchers and much more.

Sign-Up Process:
In order to use UBL digital application first you
need to open an account with UBL. If you already
have a UBL Account and want to start using UBL
digital application you need to simply download the
UBL digital application and click on "Sign Up for
Mobile Banking" leading you to choose from three
possible ways of Signing-up. These 3 easy methods
are Sign-Up using your account details, a secure
code or just by scanning a QR code!
• Sign-Up Using Account Details:
To Sign-Up for the very first time, you will be simply
asked for
1. Your CNIC number
2. Your ATM card number
3. Your ATM PIN

• Sign-Up Using a Secure Code:

1. Drop a call to our Customer Care at 021-111-
825-888
2. After our representative has verified you through the
call, you’ll be sent a unique, computer-generated
sign-up code on your registered mobile number
3. You can then enter the sign-up code and your CNIC
number to complete the Sign-Up process.

• Sign-Up Using A QR Code:

1. This option will open a camera for you to scan the

QR code (displayed on your friend Digital
App/Mobile)
2. You need to have a Family Member/Friend/UBL
Employee QR Code opened in front of you so that
you can scan it.

3. Once the QR Code is scanned, the App will navigate to another screen asking below
mentioned details to complete the Sign-Up process
o CNIC Number
o Registered Mobile Number with UBL

Features of UBL Digital Application:

There are many different features available on UBL digital application to make customer life
easy. Features are mentioned below.
• Access to Account Balance.
• Access to Account Statement.
• Download Account Statement.
• Digital account opening.
• Access to switch between your accounts.
• Access to your debit card and credit cards.
• Activation/Deactivation of debit cards and credit cards.
• Blocking of debit cards and credit cards.
• Request for Bankers cheque and cheque book.
• Digital cheque deposit.
• Utility bill payments.
• Access to change your debit and credit card passwords.
• Biometric and face ID unlock.
• Complaint lodgment.

Detailed process of some main features of application are explained below.

1. Digital Cheque Deposit:

You can easily deposit a cheque online using our "Deposit

UBL Cheque" feature within the Digital App. Here's how:

• Sign in to the Digital App.

• Tap on "Accounts."
• Select 'Cheque Management' and then tap on "Deposit
UBL Cheque".
• Carefully follow the provided instructions and tap
'continue'.
• To submit a cheque, choose the account where you
want to deposit it and enter the cheque date as written
on the cheque.

• Enter the amount indicated on the cheque.

• Scan both the front and back sides of the cheque following
the app's guidance.
• Ensure the images are clear and legible.
• Review all the details and tap "Submit."

2. Utility Bill Payments:

You need to add bill in order to make a payment. You can
do so by following below steps:
• Once you sign-in to the Digital App, tap on "Payments"
• Tap "Bill Management" and choose your preferred bill
payment type.
• Tap "Add+" to add a bill you want to pay off.
• From the list provided, select the organization or
company you need to pay the bill to.
• Depending on the type of bill, add the required information.
• Once you add all the relevant information, tap "save"

3. Complaint Lodgment:
You can file a complaint just by following below steps through
application
• Once you sign-in to the Digital App, tap on
user logo on the top left side before search
icon.
• Tap on complaints option.
• Mentions your grievance briefly.
• Tap submit.
