Dress Code Compliance is expected at all times—any violations can result in:

 Minimal violation 10 points deducted from your clinical/class grade


 Moderate violations 20 points deducted from your clinical/class grade
 Flagrant violations 50 points deducted from you clinical/.class grade
 Student in flagrant violation of dress code will be sent home—no points for the day
 That clinic day will be made up at end of the quarter
 Repeated offenses could result in a corrective action notice
Dress Code Acceptance:

I have read and understand what I am required to wear for the Baker College Radiation
Therapy Program professional track. I understand that adhering to this dress code may be a
portion of my professionalism grade in the RDT courses.

Further:
I understand that I must adhere to the Baker College Radiation Therapy Program
Professional dress code any time I am:

 On campus for any function (unless directed otherwise by a program official)

 At a clinical education facility
