Information about Annual Health Checkup 2024

Takaramachi-Tsuruma Campus: April 2-4

Kakuma Campus: April 8- May 8 （Excluding weekends and holidays）
Please read the following notice carefully and be sure to take the health checkup.

【Examination Items】
・Chest X-ray・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・You cannot wear metal fittings (hooks, zippers), buttons, or clothing with prints during the chest X-ray
examination. Therefore, plain T-shirts and undergarments with no metal fittings or buttons are
recommended. If you have long hair touching your shoulder, please bring hair clips or hair elastics with
you.
・urine analyses・・・・・・・・・・・・・Please receive a urine collecting container at the Student Affairs Section before the check-up day. Please
collect and bring your urine samples taken first after you wake up on the morning of the check-up day.
Please avoid collecting your urine samples during your menstruation or within four days after your
menstruation ends. Please submit the sample at a later date.
・Height/Weight・・・・・・・・・・・・・・When measuring your height and weight, we ask you to take off your shoes. Therefore, please avoid
wearing a pair of boots or similar types of shoes.
・Blood Pressure
・Physical examination
・Health survey (Web) ・・・・・・Please log in to the Acanthus Portal and answer the "Health Survey Questionnaire" on the Student
Information Service during the fixed period before your health check-up.

【Things to bring in】

・Student ID card
・pencils to write
・urine collecting container（urine samples that is taken first after you wake up in the morning of the check-up day.）

【Notice】
＊ Dates of health examinations are not separated by gender.
＊ Students who require special consideration during the health check-up should contact the Health Service Center in advance.
＊ If assigned dates are inconvenient for you, you can pick other dates, although the number of visitors per day exceeds the limit, you
may not be allowed to take examinations. Every year, the last week of the health check-up is very crowded, so we recommend that
you change your check-up date to an earlier date.
＊ No parking lots are provided, so please do not come by car or motorcycle, but use public transportation.
