With great pleasure and honor, I convey my best wishes and profound felicitations to all the

graduates, completers, and academic awardees for the School Year 2023-2024.

Graduation and moving-up ceremonies are much-awaited events in the life of every learner as
they represent the hard work and untiring earnest efforts geared towards reaching higher
education and achieving dreams and aspirations.

Finishing a series of challenging school years is extraordinary, since it has always been
inevitable to face unforeseen hindrances. They are scholastic years of exceptional dedication,
commitment, and passion not only for the learners and their parents but also to their mentors as
they presuppose dealing and coping with the most essential educational competencies.

Likewise, the persistent motivation and support of school leaders in passing through the
seemingly thorny road to success caused by the variety of learning methodologies have
enormously contributed to these moments, your graduation and moving up ceremonies.

My dear graduates, completers, and academic awardees. you have just etched another
momentous milestone in your continued quest for excellence in education. Certainly, more
hardships will still come your way, nevertheless, always remember that your dream is within
reach when you are ' determined to search for greater heights.

Beloved parents, accept my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for being an effective and efficient
partner of the DepEd all through the years. Your unparalleled support is a 'deeper reflection of
the unconditional love you bestowed to the learners. Undoubtedly, you have greatly delivered to
the realization of this year's end-of-school-year rítes theme, "Kabataang, Pilipino para sa
MATATAG na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas”.

My sincere commendations to all the school administrators, faculty members, and non-teaching
staff for providing the highest degree of professionalism.

I lead the DepEd Region in extending sincerest gratitude to all the local government units
(LGUs), community leaders, and other external partners for your untiring support to our
learners. Your collaboration and engagement will always be our inspiration.
