Before proceeding further on the analysis of the birth chart of this native Veerappan, I
would like to write a few lines on this notorious bandit and about his activities.
He was charged with smuggling sandalwood in the scrub lands and forests of Karnataka,
Tamil Nadu and Kerala. He began his career in crime in 1970 and was first arrested in 1972.
He was a poacher and smuggler too. He was a murderer of more than 184 people, a poacher
of over 900 elephants and a smuggler of millions of dollars of ivory and sandalwood for over
20 years. Veerappan’s victims were mostly police and forest personnel and locals whom he
suspected of being informers.
In 2000 he kidnapped the famous Kannada film actor Rajkumar, whom he held for 108 days
and freed only after having reportedly received the payment of a large ransom.
Veerappan was killed on 18 OCT 2004, by the Tamil Nadu state special police force near the
village Papparra Patti village in Dharmapuri dist Tamil Nadu state.

negative. The first decanate indicates stability and power. He will have much internal cour-
age and is very determined, though often impulsive, and his power in his world is enormous
when opportunity affords. This native will have large thin stature, broad shoulders, promi-
nent and large eyes, oval, and ruddy countenance, of a high, resolute, and haughty and am-
bitious nature.

While furnishing birth particulars, a person has informed that though he got married in Decem-
ber 2012 he is not living with his wife since a long time. He further enquired whether he got
second marriage in his life.
DOB: 23-11-1979 Time:7-15 am Place: Vadapalli (Long 81-49E Lat 16-49N)
The native has born in the star of Venus (Purvashada) with ascendant Scorpio.
K.P. Rule says second marriage is promised if the sublord of the 7th cusp is Mercury or any oth-

This is the old case from my file of record. I thought to present it with my analysis as a case
study.
The querent reached out to me in distress, seeking to know if the jewelry would be found and if

Question 1: Punarphoo dosha

This is regarding an article of Kanak kumar bosmia Ji. This article was published in March
2024 issue of your esteem magazine regarding marriage. Bosmia Ji has given his opinion that
marriage in question will not take place on 20 or 21 may 2022 as Dasha and Bhukti lord Moon
is not in RP. This prediction proves to be correct but this man married the same girl in Nov
2023.
I just want to ask one thing. In this horary chary Saturn and Moon is in rapt conjuction so the
Punrphoo dosha is there in the horoscope. Is this Punrphoo dosha is responsible for first brak-
ing the marriage, and then marry the same girl after some time.
Answer 1:
It is an example of Punarphoo dosha that usually delays the event but does not deny the event.
Question 2: Geographic or Geocentric Latitude for KP Horary Analysis?

For doing KP horary analysis, which Lat do you suggest:
1) Geographic Lat
2) True Geocentric Lat
3) Apparent Geocentric Lat
I am finding that using Geocentric Lat, majority of the times the main house CSL is missed by
one planet up or down from those that appear in RP. For example if there is Mer in RP then let
say the main house CSL is 10th house then the 10th house CSL is either Sat or Ket.
Answer 2:
The Geographic latitude may be preferable for doing KP horary analysis because of the following
reasons.
1) KP Horary is Guruji KSK's brain child born on Geographic.

2) KP Horary Ascendant is according to the 249 sub table and other cusps are calculated on
the basis of that Asc. position.
3) Not yet sufficient research evidence that Geocentric can give better accuracy, as dis-
cussed in the Geographic or Geocentric article.
4) Not yet widely used as Geocentric option is not yet supported in the mostly used Western
Astrodienst (www.astro.com) and Vedic JHora.
