For over three decades, Mr. Salih CP has served as the driving force behind the growth
and triumph of AASA. Since his arrival in the UAE in 1985, he has borne witness to the
country's unparalleled economic expansion under the guidance of visionary leadership.

In 2016, he made a pivotal move for the company by welcoming EMAAR Investments as a
shareholder in AASA. This decision held immense strategic importance, shaping the
future trajectory of the company. Guided by his visionary leadership, AASA embarked on
a journey of diversification, venturing into multiple industries and sectors. Fuelled by his
unwavering determination, the company seized every opportunity that came its way,
displaying a remarkable ability to adapt and thrive.

Mr. Salih consistently prioritized the act of giving back to society, emphasizing the
importance of fostering a sense of belonging. Holding the esteemed position of
chairman at the CP Mohammed Charitable Trust, Mr. Salih actively engages in providing
essential services in healthcare, community development, and education. His dedication
to establishing a business that instils hope within its workforce and their families reflects
