A Student is failing in her subject. She approached her professor and asked for
assistance because her failure might cost her scholarship. Her professor told her that
the only way that she can pass the subject is for her to have sex with him.

Yes, situations like this can happen. They are illegal and unethical. The
professor is entrusted to educate and support their students, not exploit them.

No, since this situation was insisted by the professor.

The student has agencies and has the rights to oppose the professor’s
unethical behavior. However, there is a negative consequence that will influence the
relationship between the professor and the student.
