Customer Service
Referring to the various positions at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), I am interested in applying for the
Customer Service position.
I interned at CV Prima Print in February 2023 for three months. At that time, I was an intern in a
Digital Marketing position in charge of marketing and business development to attract customers.
In October 2025, I interned at PT. General Insurance for four months in charge of HR development.
The tasks I carry out are planning training activities, recruitment, selection of new employees and
carrying out administrative tasks related to HR management.
In May 2026, I graduated from Bahaudin Mudhary Madura University majoring in Management.
Currently I am continuing my master's degree in business at the University of Indonesia, while also
taking part in coaching related to developing my skills. Therefore, I have good communication skills,
have empathy, and always have a positive disposition.
I like the work system at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) because I am interested in working in an
innovative environment and want to contribute to the best service. This certainly suits me, who likes
innovation and providing service. I can help provide the best service to customers so that customers
feel comfortable with the service I provide.
