Do you deliver to Amazon directly?

Pricecheck currently do not offer the option for delivery direct to Amazon or to Official
Amazon prep centres. We can, however, deliver to independent 3rd party prep centres on
your behalf. When you are ready to place your first order, your account manager will send an
account form which will ask for you to confirm all applicable information regarding deliveries.

Can I return products that I cannot sell on Amazon?

We do not operate a sale or return policy here at Pricecheck. It is the customers
responsibility to ensure that a product can be sold on Amazon prior to purchasing
from us. Order confirmations are sent prior to customers making payment and we ask
that any changes to orders are made at this point. Please refer to our returns policy

Can you provide letters of authorisation

to sell your products on Amazon?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide letters of authorisation as we are not directly representing
the brand. However, we do know that our sales invoices, which are provided after dispatch, are
usually accepted by Amazon as proof of purchase from a reputable wholesaler and can be used
to ungate products.

Do you offer Amazon prep work?

Labelling and re-boxing products for Amazon is not something we are able to facilitate at
Pricecheck. If this is something you require, please do let us know and if our capabilities do
change in the future, your account manager will make you aware.

Am I able to purchase products in small quantities

so I can get the product ungated?
Whilst we do have a minimum order value (£1500 ex VAT including delivery or £1000 ex VAT plus
delivery) for us to begin processing the order, there is no minimum spend per product. You can
order across as many different lines as you wish, all we ask is that you order to case size.

Can you send me an invoice for a product

before purchasing?
We can only provide sales invoices on orders that have been paid for, we are unable to provide
invoices for products you haven’t purchased.
