This chart is advised only in that case if the child is not having any other
medical issue/medicines/ is not allergic to any food items and beneficial
if your kid is on ZERO SUGAR and ZERO MILK INTAKE.
DAILY GUIDELINE UPTO (2 MONTHS)
Calories 1000-1300 depending on growth
and activity level
Protein 2-5 ounces
Fruits 1-1.5 cups
Vegetables 1-2 cups
Grains 3-5 ounces
Dairy products 1 boiled egg/1-2 cups of Camel
Milk
Lunch
PROTEIN Beans/legumes/Nuts/Eggs/Meat
FAT Fatty fish/Olive oil 1tsp/Coconut milk/Avocado
FIBER Fruits/peas/broccoli/Gluten free whole
grains/Brown rice/Chickpeas
Dinner
1-Vegetable fried Rice
2-Salmon fish
3-Chicken Soup
4-Veggie burgers
5- Salmon Burgers
In the snack time any of the following can be used
Ø Sweet potato fries ( once in 3 days)
Ø Chicken nuggets (1-2)
Ø Gluten free spaghetti (once in 3 days)
Ø Pop corn
Ø Fried peas
This diet chart is valid only for 60 days after 60 days repeat your kid’s
CBC, Calcium ,Iron Profile and Vitamin D tests.
