Last Will
I, John Smith, a resident of Anytown, USA, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all
previous wills and codicils made by me.
I am married to Jane Smith. I have two children: Emily Smith and Michael Smith.
I appoint Jane Smith as the Executor of this Will. If she is unable or unwilling to serve, I
appoint Emily Smith as the alternate Executor.
To my spouse, Jane Smith: I leave my primary residence at 1234 Elm Street, Anytown, USA,
and all its contents.
To my daughter, Emily Smith: I leave my vacation home at 5678 Beach Road, Seaside, USA.
To my son, Michael Smith: I leave my collection of antique cars and $100,000 in cash.
All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, I leave to my spouse, Jane Smith. If she
predeceases me, then to my children, Emily Smith and Michael Smith, in equal shares.
