CITED PROBLEMS

 Return policies and charges: Some customers have raised concerns about

unclear return policies and excessive charges related to car returns.

 Time-consuming billing process: No The personnel give receipt sheet written in a

paper which will consume much time because they need to fill up the information

and write payment for the costumer including the payment induction.

 Hassle Filling-out-Records: The employee having a hard time to write customer’s

data and agreements in the paper of deals can be leading to either lost or

misplaced.

 Lack of proof: Without a receipt, you won’t have any concrete evidence of the

transaction and the terms agreed upon.

 Overcharging or incorrect billing: Car rental companies typically charge based on

the rental duration and any additional fees. Without proper records, there is a

higher risk of overcharging or incorrect billing.

FUNCTION OF THE PROPOSAL SYSTEM

It allows the customers to rent vehicles in-person from a car rental company. This

system will provide an efficient and user-friendly experience for both the car rental

company and their customers.

FEATURES OF THE PROPOSAL SYSTEM

 To provide clear and concise policy that explains the terms and conditions of the

rental agreement including the additional fee.

 To ensure that all rental process are as efficient as possible.

 To help customers the option of choosing rates for different car kinds.

 To provide rental records including the elapse fee when returned.

 To calculate rental fees based on the type of vehicle rented, the length of the

rental period, and any additional fees or charges.

REASON FOR THE CHOICE

Is often more convenient than owning one, especially if you only need car for a short

period of time and reasons to:

 To develop a system that will ensure that the rental experience is smooth and

hassle free.

 To design and develop a system that will keep the records of renters.

 To develop a system that will give a selection type of cars that best suited for

their needs.

 To develop a system that will monitor customer’s elapse when return.

 To develop a system that will easily calculate and generate receipt.

IMPORTANCE OF THE STUDY

In summary, the study of car rental systems is important because it helps us

understand how the industry operates, its impact on society and the economy, and how

it can be improved to better serve customers and contribute to sustainability efforts.

 Customers- The system will offer customers convenience of having a car

available to them whenever they need it.
