KEY PERFORMANCE ARE IN VARIOUS PROJECTS:

TATWEER FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES- ABU DHABI

1) Project Evaluation: The project involves Maintenance of Residential Tower

& Villa’sProject is Located at Khalidiya, MBZ & Morur – Adu dhabi, UAE.

CLIENT: H.H. SHEIKHA WADIMA BINT ZAYED AL NAHYAN

 Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical,

electrical, and other installed systems. Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and
associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management
system.
 Follow up and dealing with facility subcontractors as FF contractor and elevator
contractor. Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and
recommend actions to be taken.

 Building inspection, supervision, preparing snag reports and rectification.

 Follow up with the chiller team to monitor the temperature of the chiller and find the
error and faulty of the compressor.
 Support any afterhours Buildings needs and activities as required. Provided trouble
shooting and maintenance of HVAC.
 Make a schedule for the PPM and as per the norms every three months doing PPM
and make the report.
 Follow up with Landlord to make a Check-ins and checkout reports.
 Check-in works was able to complete or to make the flat in a habitable condition left
out by former maintenance team without big hassle from the tenant.
 Supervision of civil works- floor tiles, ceiling work, painting, block works, plastering
work etc.
 Attending the tenant appointments daily as required, find meaningful
Remedial/corrective actions when responding to tenant complaints this includes
visiting and discussing with the management officer.
 Providing guidelines to junior staffs in the areas of leadership, continuous
improvement, decision making and conflict resolution.
 Invoice submission and payment follow up with the client and updating the status
with finance department. Maintain and updating all records in proper way.

TRUE FIELD ELECTRO MECHANICAL WORK L.L.C-DUBAI, UAE:

 Assigning targets for accomplishments and ensure target are met on daily basis for all group
of sites (MEP, HVAC, General Maintenance etc.)
 Coordination and execution of all site activities of project and coordinate with the QC by the
client.
 Coordinate with client /consultant representative for any site instruction and inspection of
work.
 Submitting daily site work progress report, estimate and all applicable monitoring reports on
regular basis as required
 Preparing master PPM schedule and follow up with the technicians
 Leading and directing to subcontractor for all the operation, planned preventive maintenance
(PPM) and day to day operations.
 Quality and cost control of the work site and handling over of each of the units with
inspection by the client.
