Proposed Legal Services

PT Indosat Tbk. (“Client”) requires legal assistances to support Client daily business and
represent Client regarding litigation cases.

As Client’s trusted partner, MP willing to provide Retainer Services for Client, including:
Document Review and Analysis
Thorough examination and analysis of all relevant documents, correspondences, and/or
legal regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, client agreements with third parties,
company regulations, and employment contracts.
Legal Opinion Provision
Provision of legal opinions, both orally and/or in writing, based on the findings of the
document review and analysis.
Drafting and/or Submission Pre-Litigation Documents
Preparation and submission of all necessary documents and/or letters to the relevant
parties. This includes, but is not limited to, issuing warning letters (summons) when required.

Further, MP also willing to provide litigation services for Client.

Proposed Fee Structure

Since we would like to develop good relation between our firm to your good
company, we would like to propose service fee of IDR 30,000,000 (monthly
basis) for the above Retainer Services (exclusive of any applicable taxes and OPE).

Further, we also propose service fee of IDR 60,000,000 (flat) for each case
number regarding our litigation services (exclusive of any applicable taxes and
OPE).

Ad-hoc legal services

We take pride in providing comprehensive legal assistance to you, as our Retainer
Service Client. Our team is well-equipped to handle any legal issue that may arise,
even those not listed in our previous sections. If you require additional legal
services, we are happy to offer our expertise on an hourly basis.

Please find below our current hourly rates (exclusive of any applicable taxes and
out-of-pocket expenses/OPE):
