Subject: Request for Utilization of Municipal Auditorium for Inter-Color Basketball League

Good day! I am writing to seek your kind permission to utilize the Municipal Auditorium for
the upcoming Inter-Color Basketball League of Kabataan ng Masaya Centro. The league is
scheduled to take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from May 6 to June 7.

The Inter-Color Basketball League is an annual sports event that aims to promote
sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among the youth of Kabataan ng
Masaya Centro. It provides an opportunity for the young members of our community to
engage in friendly basketball matches and showcase their skills. This event has been highly
anticipated by the youth and serves as a platform for fostering their physical and social
development.

would be extremely grateful if you could grant us permission to use the Municipal
