EuroTop ESL 305

Epoxy Resin Based Self Leveling Compound

EuroTop ESL 305 is a multi component epoxy

solvent free self-levelling compound used for
levelling of floors before applying any modern
flooring system, thus avoiding any surface
irregularities.

EuroTop ESL 305 is used for permanent protection

of concrete floors of light, medium and heavy-duty
applications. The system can be applied the
thickness of 3 mm. Recommended to use SL-2. For
higher thickness recommended to use SL- 4 and it
can be used upto 8 mm.

Uses

EuroTop ESL 305 provides a self-levelling, solid

underlay for a wide variety of floor finishes e.g. tiles,
carpeting, vinyl sheeting, linoleum, rubber and other
sheet flooring which require a smooth level
substrate.

The smooth, ultra-dense and high gloss finish is

ideal for situations where require hygienic floor finish
and as finish floor underlay.

Application Recommendations
EuroTop ESL 305 can be applied various thickness
EuroTop ESL 305 SL- 2 up to 3 mm thickness.
EuroTop ESL 305 SL- 4 up to 8 mm thickness
Curing
Foot Traffic : 1 day @ 35° C
Vehicle Traffic : 2 days @ 35° C
Cleaning
All tools and equipment should be cleaned with
EuroThinner ST.
Limitations
Application should not commence if the

temperature of the substrate is below 5 C.
Application instructions
Surface Preparation
The substrate should be clean, sound and free from
loose material and contamination such as plaster,
oil, paint, grease etc.
New concrete should be cured min. 28 days.
Large cracks and damaged areas should be
repaired with EuroRepair series and levelled off.

The concrete has to have min. 28 N/mm .
Priming
Prime the substrate with EuroPrime EP as a primer
prior to the application of EuroTop ESL 305.
Mixing
Each EuroTop ESL 305 Kit consist of four packs
Part A, Part B, Filler and Colour pack. The Part B is
added to Part A resin, Filler and Colour pack. Mix
the two liquid components using a slotted paddle or
a 'jiffy' mixer attached to an electric drill in slow
circular motions to assure complete mixing. Mixing
should not exceed 3 minutes.
Next, transfer the mixed liquid to a suitable mixing
container. Add the filler slowly while mixing to
produce a uniform free flowing consistency. Mixing
with aggregate should be carried out not more than
3 minutes. Do not attempt to mix by hand or by any
other means. Place immediately.

Packing
Application
Packed in 15 & 20 Ltr Kit.

Consist of Pour the mixed material onto the primed substrate,

Part A Resin spread with a trowel or squeegee and allow to self
Part B Hardener level. The material must then be rolled with a
Part C Filler spiked roller to achieve air release and final level.
Part D Color Pack Rolling must be done immediately after placing the
material. Do not attempt to float the setting surface.

The required thickness must be achieved in one

when the pouring and levelling is a continuous

Good site organisation is essential. Freshly laid
EuroTop ESL 305 should be protected from direct

material is hard (Min.12 hours).
Shelf life of 24 months is guaranteed when stored in
factory packed unopened containers in a cool dry
and elevated place away from direct sunlight and at
a temperature not more than 30 C.
