Do advantages outweigh disadvantages?

In this contemporary era, it is no longer unusual to witness the relocation of

enterprises to the countryside having been conducted due to the dramatic rising
issue of transportation and accommodation in central areas. From my perspective,
the merits of this phenomenon eclipse its drawbacks.

With regard to the disadvantages, the lack of resources in the suburbs is a prominent
one. Particularly, the amenities are not fully provided and applied there due to the
inconvenience of delivering high-tech machines from cities to their satellites, and the
time-consuming of building all the infrastructure one more time. Moreover, human
resources are not easily accessible and well-qualified enough for those businesses.
Individuals in rural areas could not have many opportunities to acquire up-to-date
knowledge and experience qualified working and social skills training.

Regarding the advantages, this tendency can contribute to reducing the number of
over-crowding related to the metropolis. If a business was required to move to the
outskirts, its employees ought to change their working place too. The fewer citizens
sheltering, the less amount of polluted emissions are exhausted to the environment,
fewer traffic congestions and the unavailability of accommodation disappears.
Therefore, the government can enhance the total living standard of residents living in
cities. Furthermore, it can also decrease the number of people unemployed in cities
and minimize the highly competitive environment against co-workers and job-
seekers by the virtue of being over-populated.

In conclusion, the method of altering the location of businesses in order to reduce

transport and accommodation problems growing significantly is comprehensively
justified and I strongly believe that its potential upside, which includes reducing
pollution and unemployment among inhabitants, outweighs the downside.
