Post Installation steps done by BASIS (Pre Checks) –

just to be checked
1) Check for the required software components

GRC system - GRCFND_A, GRCPINW

Plug in system – GRCPINW (Non HR) / GRCPIERP (HR)

V1000 = GRC 10.0

V1100 = GRC10.1

V1200 = GRC12.0
2) Check for BC sets related to *GRAC* and *MSMP* whether they have been activated

BC Set – Business Configuration Set – SAP Pre defined default/Standard values

T-code: SCPR20

Table: SCPRACTST (SCPR*)

Naming Convention of the BC sets:

 GRAC*REQUEST*: Related to ARM


 GRAC*ROLE_MGMT*: Related to BRM
 GRAC*RA_RULESET*: Related to ARA
 GRAC*SPM*: Related to EAM
 GRC*MSMP*: Related to ARM

3) Check for all Services related to *GRAC* and *NWBC* are activated – SICF T-code
4) SPRO ---- > GRC ----- > General Settings ------ > Activate applications in client
Ensure GRC-AC is Active

5) SPRO ---- > GRC ----- > General Settings ------ > Workflow ---- > Perform Automatic Workflow
Customizing (SWU3)
Ensure everything looks GREEN here. Else approach BASIS team
6) SPRO ---- > GRC ----- > General Settings ------ > Workflow ---- > Perform Task-Specific
Customizing

Ensure every task is defined as Background or General Task. If it is empty, define that as GENERAL Task.

Just inform the BASIS team.

If the Tasks are not found or GRC AC Folder is missing – BASIS team will check these tasks from PFTC t-
code
