GENERAL GUIDELINES ON VIRTUAL COSH SEMINAR PARTICIPANTS (ctto CMDF)

Similar to conventional setting, participants are required to attend 40 HOURS of the total program
duration. This shall be strictly implemented.

In principle, participants need to attend 2400-minutes worth of lecture to be awarded with a certificate
of completion. Stable internet connection is, indeed, a necessity.

1.0 System Requirements

1.1 Zoom System Requirements

An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE). Minimum bandwidth


recommendation for participants is 2 Mbps (upload/download).
Check your Internet bandwidth using Speedtest.

1.2 Microphone / Headset / Webcam

1.2.1 USB headset with microphone and earphones is recommended. Even if your
laptop or desktop has speakers, you must plug in a headset so that the sound from the
speakers does not cause an echo in the Zoom meeting.

1.2.2 Webcam - one which is built-in to your computer or one that connects to your
computer via USB.

2.0 Entry Authentication

To facilitate proper identity authentication, participants are required to indicate their full name
on their Zoom Display Name to join the webinar. Participants shall follow this format:

SURNAME (uppercase), Given Name(s), Middle Initial (DELA CRUZ, Juan Pedro P.)

Upon entry, all participants will be on mute to manage the flow of information and to avoid
disturbance to fellow participants. All questions and comments shall be conveyed through the
chat box.

3.0 Examinations

3.1 Participants who satisfactorily completed the webinar are the ONLY eligible candidates for
the COSH examination. Link will be sent in google form, google account is a must.

3.2 Examinees are required to open their webcams throughout the course of the examination
process, this will allow the proctors to verify the identity of the examinees.

3.3 Examinees should have their videos turned on and their microphone unmuted. The face of
the examinees should also be visible with adequate lighting at times. As a courtesy to other
examinees, all are enjoined from talking because their voice can be heard by their fellow
examinees. The proctor and supervisor will call the attention of the examinee violating this
protocol.

4.0 Distribution of Certificate of Completion

4.1.1 Eligibility

Participants who satisfactorily completed the webinar (attended at least 90% of the webinar
duration) are the ONLY eligible candidates to be granted with a certificate of completion.

4.1.2 Distribution

Certificate of completion will be ready for distribution 7 to 14 working days after the seminar.
Courier services (shipping and service fee at the expense of the participants) may be procured
for the distribution of hard copies or you may book your own specific courier to have it picked
up at 165 E. Rodriguez Avenue, Concepcion Uno, Marikina City. You may visit and like PCA
